What is MyLife?
MyLife is the new health and wellbeing app from Irish Life Financial Services. It’s designed to help you to understand and improve your health, and reward you for embracing positive lifestyle changes.
You can measure your health with a real-time, scientifically calculated Health Score. There’s also a personalised AI Health Coach that will offer advice through the app and encourage you to make healthy little changes.
You can earn points for activities such as tracking your exercise, getting sufficient sleep and answering the Health Coach’s questions. Irish Life customers with certain eligible plans can use these points in the online Reward Store to claim great rewards. You can download the MyLife app from the App Store or Google Play. For more details visit https://irishlife.ie/mylife.
How can I contact MyLife and send on my feedback?
To contact MyLife you can send us an email at email@example.com or phone us on 01 704 1943.
Is MyLife free or is it a subscription-based service?
MyLife is a free service provided by Irish Life Financial Services. Though everyone can download and use the app, only Irish Life customers can get rewarded.
Which smartphones is MyLife available on?
The MyLife mobile app is available for iPhone and Android smartphones on the App Store and on Google Play. However, other smartphone users (e.g. Windows Phone, BlackBerry, etc.) can use MyLife via the website ( https://irishlife.ie/mylife )
How much battery power does the MyLife app consume?
The amount of battery power used by the MyLife app varies from smartphone to smartphone, and it depends on the number of other applications, programmes and services that are being used at the same time.
On average, MyLife uses a similar amount of power to any other application. Do keep in mind that the continued use of GPS location services running in the background of your smartphone can decrease the battery life. Make sure you stop tracking a fitness activity once you have completed it!
