If you just started a new protection plan and cancel it within 30 days of receiving your welcome pack any payments you've made will be refunded.
If you pay monthly you won’t be entitled to a refund. You may receive a refund if a direct debit was taken after you cancelled the plan.
If you pay quarterly, half yearly or yearly you will be refunded any payments you made in advance of the time you cancel.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will transfer the money back into your bank account in about 5-10 working days once your direct debit has cleared.
