I get an error message when entering my email address

Which screen is this happening on?

The initial log in screen to your account

If this is your first time using your account, you will need to register your email address first.

Log in using your Self Service ID (SSID) and update your email address.  

If you have already registered and your email address is not recognised. Please use your SSID to log in and check your registered email under ‘My Login Details’ on your account.


After you get logged in  "My Login Details"

Are you sharing an email? Email addresses cannot be shared.

Do you have any other plans with Irish Life that you might have already registered with.?

If so they may need to be merged – Call us now on 01 704 1010.
